An industry veteran with more than 20 years of fleet management experience, Allen has contributed to the growth and success of several well-known solution providers. These included Cadec Global, one of the first fleet management providers in the telematics industry; inthinc and GreenRoad, both early developers in driver behavior apps; and XATA Corporation (XRS), another telematics industry pioneer.
Allen says that MiX Telematics’ unique “service for life” approach is the primary reason he decided to join the company. While other fleet management companies say, “Call us if you have a problem,” MiX takes a full-service approach that includes ongoing, proactive support of both hardware and software for the life of the contract.
