Go-Ahead selects MiX Telematics once again

The Go-Ahead Group has selected MiX Telematics as its telematics service-provider partner for the next three years.   This agreement, will see 4,500 Go-Ahead vehicles nationwide continuing to benefit from the fitment of MiX Telematics' flagship Fleet Manager solution, which has now been ongoing since 2007.

Commenting on the agreement, Go-Ahead's IT and Strategy Director Enrique Fernandez-Pino said, "We are pleased to renew this contract as with MiX Telematics we have a long-term strategic partner who understands our objectives. Their team works closely with us to identify new ways for the Fleet Manager solution to deliver savings, safety improvements, maintenance benefits and driver engagement. "

In addition to the ongoing consultancy and training services provided by MiX Telematics from day one of the partnership, new features in this agreement include the upgrading of Go-Ahead's reporting system to the all-new MiX Telematics DynaMiX platform and access to the MyMiX driver engagement platform.

MyMiX encourages continuous improvement among drivers by enabling them to view their own performance data and compare it to that of their colleagues.  As such, Go-Ahead regards this innovative new service as an ideal complement to its Go Green Club, which has long inspired drivers to aim for and achieve higher standards of driving excellence and efficiency.
